I led the end-to-end product and design strategy for a new age cutting-edge Business Intelligence platform that fuses the best of modern BI tools like Tableau, Thoughtspot, and DataGPT, but reimagined for the era of agentic AI. Designed for business users and domain experts across industries, the tool enables seamless transitions between dashboards, manual report building, and a dynamic chat-based interface.

To meet the complex demands of sustainability compliance in the biofuels industry, I redesigned the document ingestion system of a compliance platform to support dynamic, diverse regulatory documents (e.g., ISCC EU, RED II). The goal was to replace fragmented, location-specific forms with a universal, scalable ingestion interface capable of adapting to evolving document formats with minimal developer effort. 

I designed the concept of this modern energy management platform tailored for large corporate campuses to intelligently track, analyze, and optimize energy supply and consumption across a multi-source ecosystem. Through real-time insights, predictive analytics, and actionable recommendations, the solution enables organizations to meet sustainability goals, reduce operational costs, and extend asset longevity—creating a smarter, greener workplace for large organisations.

Refract, Fosfor’s core MLOps platform at that time underwent a strategic redesign to streamline machine learning model deployment, reduce operational overhead, and improve data wrangling workflows. By benchmarking against industry leaders, the redesign introduced systemic improvements that reduced model deployment time by 30%, enhanced usability, and boosted overall platform efficiency by 40%.

I designed this robust analytics platform that transforms fragmented IoT and navigation data into actionable intelligence for product managers and OEM partners. Built with a deep understanding of user pain points and market gaps, the platform empowers users to gain real-time product insights, reduce research time from days to minutes, and unlock revenue opportunities through behavior-based analytics.
