I thrive at the intersection of design, leadership, business, and technology, leveraging empathy, storytelling, and data-driven insights to craft impactful solutions. My career spans academia, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, HR, and finance, giving me a 360° perspective on business challenges.
As a highly ethical design leader and problem solver, I don’t just design solutions - I enable businesses to win. Whether it is enterprise platforms, B2B/B2C digital experiences across platforms or data insights, I push design boundaries with real-world context in mind.
Product design leadership with strategic depth
As a Product Design Leader, I bring together strategic vision, hands-on craft, and business fluency to drive outcomes that matter. Over the years, I have had the rare privilige of building and scaling high-performing design teams. From a solo designer to a 7 member design team, and later scaling a 4 to 48 designer organisation in India across complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
I thrive at the intersection of design excellence and business outcomes. My leadership style is very similar to the principles in Netflix’s “No Rules Rules”—centered on freedom, responsibility, radical honesty, and high-performance culture. I don’t just lead designers I help grow decision makers, encourage autonomy, and create a culture where design challenges the status quo with substance.
While I operate at a leadership level, I also remain deeply hands-on. Whether it is crafting a high-stakes deliverable myself or facilitating design sprint workshops, I love the thrill of problem identification and solving it with real user impact in mind. I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves because I believe credibility is earned not just in the boardroom, but in the Figma files with other designers.
What sets me apart is my fluency in business language and design language alike. I engage stakeholders not just with screens, but with data, metrics, and measurable impact. I align teams not only to OKRs, but to revenue levers, retention drivers, and long-term strategy building trust and pushing boundaries, one confident win at a time.

Information design
I specialise in the last-mile delivery of data-driven insights, where impact is made or lost. For over a decade, I have taught professionals how to communicate data through compelling stories, not just charts. My strength lies not in tools, but in a tool-agnostic, principle-first process that consistently delivers clarity and persuasion.
Every insight journey I lead begins with context. From there, I analyse the data in depth, filter what matters, and prioritise the insights that drive action. I select visuals that support understanding, not decoration. I eliminate clutter to focus attention where it is needed the most. My final step is sharing the narrative: sequencing the insights into a narrative that informs, resonates, and pushes people to act.

Communication strategy
I am currently expanding my Communicating with Data work into a broader communication strategy toolkit for myself and modern leaders. As part of this journey, I am pursuing an focused programme in Communication Strategies at IIM Calcutta, where I'm learning to integrate storytelling, public speaking, AI-driven messaging, and communication analytics into practical leadership frameworks.
I am especially interested in how human-centered communication combined with agentic execution speeds can power seamless, intelligent workflows. Still early on this path, but my goal is clear: to help organisations and leaders communicate with clarity, empathy, and strategic precision - across people, products, and platforms.
