As a product designer and problem solver, I don’t just design solutions, I have been the end user myself. Whether it is B2B enterprise platforms or B2C digital experiences, I design with real-world context in mind. I am also deeply passionate about facilitating workshops and teaching "Communicating with Data", helping professionals bridge the gap between information and action.

What shaped me?
Two defining experiences:
1️⃣ Parenting twins, a daily masterclass in adaptability, patience, and problem-solving.
2️⃣ Building a business from scratch! Leading a digital laundromat from 0 to 5,000 customers, navigating bureaucratic hurdles, automation, and lean operations long before they became industry standards.
Both experiences shaped my relentless customer-first mindset, where the customer is the ultimate CEO. I believe in collaboration, authenticity, and a high-performance team mentality, much like a professional sports team, playing to our strengths, learning from failures, and celebrating shared victories.
